We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.

Order processing: Orders placed before 1pm AEST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm ship the next business day.

Delivery timeframes:

• Regular post: 2-4 business days — 
• Express post: 1-2 business days — 

Shipping cost: Free for orders over $80 AUD. For orders under $80, shipping is Flat Rate $8

Lost or delayed packages: We will endeavour to have your delivery arrive within the estimated timeframe. Glow Base cannot be held accountable for delays or lost packages due to factors outside our control, such as remote locations or natural dis
