Shipping policy
Shipping cost: Free for orders over $80 AUD. For orders under $80, shipping is Flat Rate $9
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
Order processing: Orders placed before 1pm AEST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm ship the next business day.
Delivery timeframes:
- Regular post: 2-4 business days —
- Express post: 1-2 business days —

Lost or delayed packages: We will endeavour to have your delivery arrive within the estimated timeframe. Glow Base cannot be held accountable for delays or lost packages due to factors outside our control, such as remote locations or natural disasters. All packages include tracking.
Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are personal care/cosmetic items, all sales are final — we don't accept returns or refunds for change of mind, and we don't accept returns on unopened or unused products either.
Faulty or damaged items: If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or defective, email us at glowbasetans@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order, with your order number, name, and a photo/description of the fault.
Return method: By mail only. Once your return is approved, we'll email you confirmation and instructions. Approved returns are sent to: GLOW BASE, 27 Singleton Drive, Endeavour Hills VIC 3802.
Who pays return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund processing time: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
