Your time is valuable and so is ours. We hold a strict policy at Glow Base by Kylie M, covering no-shows, change of mind, or last-minute cancellations.

Please reschedule your appointment with at least 48hrs notice to have your non-refundable deposit held and transferred to your next appointment. Failure to give at least 48hrs notice will result in the lost of your deposit. Logging into your booking text or message 0402083521**

When rescheduling we cannot guarantee availability, especially in peak periods. 

Glow Base deserves the right to cancel your appointment in the occasion of illness or an emergency. 
In this case, we will refund your deposit. By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Children in Salon
Please note for safety reasons children cannot be permitted to enter the tanning room during treatment or left unsupervised on the premised.

Spray Tan Results

Individual spray tan results may vary from client to client, dependant on skin tone, skin type, skin health, pre- and post care and medical conditions. Occasionally hormones or medications can effect the out come of a spray tan. We will alway do our best to work with you to rectify the issue if it arise.

Medical Clearance

Please advise Glow Base Tans of any skin or medical condition on your intake client.
If you are pregnant we require a medical clearance if under 12 weeks. After this time it is advised to check with your GP if this service is advisable to your individual circumstances
